A few years back I wrote a novel called, “His Calling,” which I am very proud of. It is the story of three women, who come from different professions, that are called upon by God to do His will. We have Elizabeth who is very energetic and talkative. Then we have Anna who is a nurse that feels she must save people’s lives and souls. Finally, we have Debbie who is a tough cop, ready to take a criminal down then trying to minister to him later. They are joined together by a man named Aaron who speaks to God. Aaron is a bit of an odd ball and very gentle. I like to say this story is like Charlie Angels meets Joan of Arcadia. God gives Aaron a name but not a clue to what has to be done. The girls have to figure out who this person is and what they have to do to save a man that the world has forgotten . . . but God hasn’t!
